For your second day, choose Chillon or Lavaux. The castle is better suited to a relatively close, self-guided visit; the wine-country walk involves a meeting point, several hours of activity, and extra travel. If you have two late concerts on consecutive nights, we would choose Chillon and save Lavaux for a longer stay.
